The staff worked as a team to meet management expectations and store standards. Customers appreciated the cleanliness and organized sales floor. Training was comprehensive to get customers the goods they wanted.
pressure to sign up credit cards
Usually i start the shift with making sure the store is clean and organized. i would greet customers and retrieve what items they were looking for while applying my own knowledge. While working in retail the thing i found very important and what kept returning loyal customers is good customer service along with genuine conversation. Even though it can be stressful i could always count on my fellow staff members and management to keep the day enjoyable. One of the things that i'm sure majority of the people who work in any retail store can tell you the most challenging things about the work place is dealing with a dis-satisfied customer, they create an environment that is sometimes awkward to handle and for people who haven't faced it before it can be a little baffling. Even with all the stressors that come with a job like this the best part of the day is when you can connect with customers on a people to people level and have a friendly conversation in between the work day. Along side amazing staff you know that they always have your back and you can have a good time doing your job.

The manager micromanaged everything. I did not get along with the DM and as such was given a bad review. and was also made to feel by the manager and the DM that I was not good enough to work there. It was not a pleasant experience.
