Good pension
Pension and health insurance is very good compared to other companies. job security is also acceptable. Workload is agressively variable. managers push employees on deadlines.

Management and supervisors a JOKE
This job is pathetic. Supervisors show absolute favouritism. Company should ask employees for their opinion on shifts and hours but instead wait until complaints to union by employees. Mandatory overtime and holidays denied during this time!! No work/life until employees begin to quit! Steer clear!! Not worth it especially if you are a parent or someone with a life outside of work

High expectations, low reward
Work/life balance is discussed but isn’t always obtainable. Almost everything is last minute, tight deadline turn around. Overtime is expected. Benefits are good, pay is decent union rep only helps who they want. Team moral used to be better 10+ years ago.

Horrible
What is the best part of working at the company? The paid was decent especially since they paid for overtime (when approved). What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Unrealistic expectations in all areas of the job (timelines, hours of work, continuous last min requests) and archaic processes/systems. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Blame cult...
