Interesting work, poor management
Reliability Engineer (Former Employee) –  Paris, TX5 April 2014
Worked here for 10 years. Paris plant has reduced machinery/lines to 1/2 of their output 5 years ago. No raises for last three years. Paris has little to offer young families. Would be ok for a "experience" position. Would not consider long term.
Pros
Technology
Cons
Shift work, rotates across 4 shifts 7 days a week.

Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) (Current Employee) –  Huntsville, ON1 November 2017
attend meetings starts the day followed by mechanical line rounds.
Working here allowed a lot of experience towards all facets of the millwright i.e. welding/fabrication, machining from engineered drawings to my own design and development.
Operations personnel and maintenance work closely minimizing the need for overtime.
Pros
4 day work week
Cons
constant policy changes
