Safety is at the forefront of our operations here at Killam and, as such, we continue to monitor conditions, and adapt to operating during the pandemic. In the early phases of the COVID-19 pandemic, we encouraged remote working, wherever possible, in support of the public health effort to “flatten the curve” in Canada. Those in positions unable to work from home were provided with safety guidance including adjusted operations to limit risk, required personal protective equipment (PPE), and specific safety protocols. Our office employees have gradually returned to in-office work, with enhance safety protocols in place to ensure their ongoing wellness.
