Working hours at Killam vary depending on the position, but Resident Managers and Maintenance Technicians, our largest employee groups, generally work 40 hours a week with an on-call rotation. We also have many part-time positions.

Here at Killam, we rely on information such as market data and salary surveys to ensure we compensate employees accurately and fairly for the work they perform. With this in mind, salaries are reviewed annually and eligible employees receive an increase. Outside of the annual process, salaries can be reviewed on a case by case basis and may be adjusted based on merit, increases in responsibilities, etc.
