A Transformative Journey in the Mining Industry
One of the standout aspects of my time at Kiewit was the emphasis on safety. The company's robust safety protocols and continuous training programs created a work environment where employees felt secure and empowered. This focus on safety not only ensured the well-being of the workforce but also translated into increased efficiency and productivity.
