ECE Teacher in Toronto, ON

The pay is not good and they don’t care that much about their employees when it comes to pay. When to come to materials that don’t give much to work with
Early Childhood Educator in Sheppard and yonge

The pay is way too low and poor management
It's not a bad start if you recently graduated, but it's definitely not a place to stay for years. The pay is too low for all the expectations and responsibilities this job requires. Management only cares about the money and keeping parents happy, and will not listen/take action to the ECEs needs. I don't recommend it.

Poor wages + cold hearted
Wouldn’t recommend working or sending your children here. The corporate culture doesn’t serve the families or staff. Wages are sub par and the corporation doesn’t care
Early Childhood Assistant in Ontario

Does not care about staff or children.
this company only cares about their image on social media. They don’t care about how they treat their staff, or the children. Everyone is over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated. You work long hours for minimum wage and get zero classroom supports. You’re forced to come in unwell because there’s never any coverage. They charge parents insane amounts to send their child here, while they are fed slop. Kids with dietary restrictions end up eating the same food every day and don’t receive enough. If you enjoy working with children- this place will drain you and burn you out very quickly. This whole place is a cash grab and they’ll do anything to save a dime, at staff and children’s expense.

Love it!
Loved working there, the children and families were amazing and the staff were fun! Learned a lot and was able to teach others as well, team building was key.
