Amazing supervisor with nice co-workers

From my experience from Kids&Company in Victoria was great! Welcoming vibes for the new teachers and the supervisor was very helpful, responsible and treat everyone equally. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was the salary. It needs to be increased more as ECE works hard and so many other jobs to be finished other than taking care of children.

Low pay, but they expect more work like a robot

good for start , not for long time, less pay minimum wage, i have seen lot of staff leaving because of pay especially the young one who just joined. but the compnay is really big and working as Supply is really flexible.

Absolutely amazing work place

I loved my time at Kids & Company building meaningful relationships with the staff members, parents and the children was probably my favourite part about working here. It can be a little fast paced and stressful sometimes but it’s nothing too extreme and management is really good about helping you when you need it!

Fun workplace

Great staff and fun place to work. The kids and families are great and easy to work with. Okay pay with decent benefits. Staff is treated well clean environment
