I work at Kia Peru, and it was good work for the payment, but the environment was so toxic. The people are not so good and I didn't feel good there. .

The place was the worst place I’ve ever worked.

What is the best part of working at the company?Honestly, there is nothing worth working there. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Being yelled at by the managers, and called an idiot when you ask for help. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Completely god awful. Had to have multiple mental health days working there. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Getting yelled at, not getting properly trained. Go for lunch, then it all starts all over again.

It's a good experience working for Kia Surrey.One of the best dealership to work for, great pay and work environment. Good training and great shop environment
