not a great place to work. Management is poor and they will not be honest about pay, schedule or the working conditions. Only take this job if you need the money.

If you have mental health issues, ADHD etc. this job is not good for you at all. My mental health went from okay to hospital inducing with in weeks of working for them. The management system is horrible for remote work. It is never ever the same manager for you at any given point. They don't want you to message your co-workers.They claim that the job is fair but if you have a day where you don't get a survey within 3 hours they tell you to clock out. This could be as simple as no one is picking up their phones. They don't care about that.They have little care about if the person you have been called is mad and has said repeatedly that they don't want to be contacted. They want to hang up and put them back on the call list.

I received online training and the training staff was extremely helpful. The instructions were clear on what softwares to download and how to download them. Hours were fine but it is work from home where you are required to stare at a screen all day so it can get tiring

Pays average and management is friendly.

It was OK overall, but the shifts were inconsistent and it was difficult to reach the goal of the day. It might be good if you need a job quickly with not much experience.
