Great workplace culture, easy-going environment, Management has made many positive changes to make the workplace feel more professional. A typical day consists of campaign briefings and conducting surveys over the phone. The only drawback is that sometimes hours can be cut short or shifts can be canceled, but you do have the opportunity to make these up at a later date.

Sometimes you don't get shifts at all and it can be really frustrating. I once got to the office and had to go back home. the work environment is great but the hours are not certain.

Five months and counting. Everyone gets the opportunity to earn a living, many things make a company a great place to work. KGS gives you a chance to prove your worth. *Supportive supervisors and a very laid back work environment. *Management is very accommodating and flexible with schedules. *Multi-cultural environment, friendly and respectful colleagues. *Work can be very challenging sometimes but hey... who can find a job that is not challenging or stressful? I guess it just depends on how a person responds to it. If you are not challenged meaning you are not growing, so it's a win-win situation. *Pay is good considering the nature of the job. *The company has its gym, a place to do yoga if you're into it. This is easily the most diverse workplace I have ever worked with and it makes me proud that we live and breathe inclusiveness here every day ...such an open-minded and safe environment for everyone.

Poor scheduling and pay

I had asked to be scheduled for weekends only, and hadn't been able to work due to sickness or schooling. They tell us if you can't go to work for any reason, email staffing. I email them I can't go to work because of cultural reasons, and they take my email as a letter of resignation. They also don't pay in full, even though they don't take taxes off of your paycheck. Any attempt to inquire pay breakdown is met with many excuses.

Worst place to work out

I've worked here for over a year and it's the worst job ever. The location and the company really took a turn for the worst after they left their milner location ( it was bad before). Hours are cut and shifts are cancelled on short notice. The turnover rate is crazy and your pay is always short. Favoritism is everywhere and it's shown since the supervisor are unskilled and unqualified.

I've been working at KGS for eight months now. The management is very professional and kind. The work culture is extremely good-- there are gift incentives such as gift cards, free lunches, and so on for good work performance. The facility is AMAZING!! There is a full gym, and brand new cafeteria which you can gain access to upon employment. Would definitely reccommend working here!

Working at Kgs Research has been quite the joy. Flexible hours, Mon-Thurs with the option of Sat or Sun. Management is amazing, she is thee best manager I have ever had. She is very reasonable and understanding when it comes to my work place defaults. I have been here for about 4 months now.

There are some days we will miss a shift and I can admit I didn't check my junk email for my shift. Before shift confirmations etc were not validated consistently. Since then management has improved this communication of shift etc and made it much more easier. Like any other market research company they are quotas to be met and if you don't meet them you are sent home. That is normal. I would recommend KGS to anyone who want work life balance job as they are flexible shifts.

Like other Market research companies you will be required to make your survey quota. KGS works with you to ensure you are provided support. Yes there were some cancellations of shift however that was beyond the company control and it happens in the industry. I will recommend anyone to KGS research its a good place to start your work experience.

KGS research provides a warm and positive workspace. On the floor, the supervisors have treated me very well, especially in my first week of working here. This is my first professional job and working here is a great example of what a great working environment is all about.

Typical Day at work

MARKET RESEARCH INTERVIEWER (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 27 May 2019

You walk in and look at the board for your assigned seat. You are to follow a script that given for each survey given for the day. It's a very boring job but it is a fast money making for students. Very flexible schedule.
