Good place to work for summer but dont work here any other time. U have to make minimum 8 successful calls or ull be fired in a couple days. Also the managers there are as*** especially the fat one

Not much to discuss, needs a lot of improvement. Weak management and low pay Would not really recommend to a friend. Please find another company Pros: They have a gym thats free to use

Awful management and lack of ability to assist. Awful shift schedule times, shifts being cancelled, company doesn't pay taxes on payroll (sketchy af), doesn't have direct payroll, training is only 1 day, they throw you in and lie about training being for 7 days.

Easy job but pay is low

Job is very easy. The main issue is that the the hours are form 330 pm to 12 am, so most of your days is gone. Also pay could be a lot better, but it is a good first job for someone looking to get experience.

Unorganized & Unprofessional

Very unorganized and unprofessional - they do not respond when you email them. Takes a week just to get a reply. And when they do reply you get the wrong department. Don't bother wasting your time here.

Great Summer Job

I worked at this company last summer and left because of school. Management is very nice and reasonable, they took be back for another spring summer term this year. I already thought last year was pretty decent, but this year they had changed a lot, especially their work from home program and wage increase. Overall, if you do the work and meet performance standards this is an very enjoyable job.

they just throw you on the phone to do surveys with minimal training, when you ask for help in their chat it takes them awhile to reply or they give you attitude. Would only recommend this if you need work immediately. trust me you will be looking for new work a day after your first shift.

Terrible job you have to lie about everything in the survey, training really does not help at all, there are no heads up what are you up to and demands you to have a survey every hour if you don't they'll cut your hours. Not worth of your time to work with.

Great Summer Job

Convenient and Easy Job

I had a great experience working at KGS and having the ability to work from home. They were very accommodating and provide many hours to work. They were really flexible as well if I needed time off to study.

Bruh They Will Hire You And Than Give You Nooooo Shifts. Literally The Worst Job I’ve Ever Had. I Had 2 Shifts As A Full Time Workker In The Past 2 Weeks. If Only I Could Rate Them Zero Stars Fam. DONT APPLY TO THEM.
