Good

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
I received online training and the training staff was extremely helpful. The instructions were clear on what softwares to download and how to download them. Hours were fine but it is work from home where you are required to stare at a screen all day so it can get tiring

Toxic

If you have mental health issues, ADHD etc. this job is not good for you at all. My mental health went from okay to hospital inducing with in weeks of working for them. The management system is horrible for remote work. It is never ever the same manager for you at any given point. They don't want you to message your co-workers.They claim that the job is fair but if you have a day where you don't get a survey within 3 hours they tell you to clock out. This could be as simple as no one is picking up their phones. They don't care about that. They have little care about if the person you have been called is mad and has said repeatedly that they don't want to be contacted. They want to hang up and put them back on the call list.

Pros

Work from home

Boring

A boring job is often characterized by its monotonous and repetitive nature, devoid of any meaningful challenges or intellectual stimulation. In such roles, employees often find themselves engaged in a seemingly endless cycle of mundane tasks, each indistinguishable from the last. These jobs lack the excitement and variety that can make work engaging and fulfilling. Instead, they involve performing routine, mind-numbing activities, such as data entry, filing paperwork, or operating machinery with little room for creativity or personal growth. The absence of innovation and problem-solving in such roles can leave employees feeling unfulfilled and uninspired. The clock seems to tick at a glacial pace as they await the end of their shift, and motivation dwindles as they struggle to find a sense of purpose in their work. While some individuals may tolerate boring jobs for a steady income, the lack of mental engagement can ultimately lead to dissatisfaction and burnout. In a world that thrives on innovation and dynamic challenges, a boring job often stands in stark contrast, offering little more than a paycheck in exchange for countless hours of tedium.

Terrible job

Overall the job is horrible. Inconsistent money, it’s a hassle to contact management, no solid work hours, and will let you know when a shift is available last minute.

Awful situation. Low pay for the amount of stress they put us through. Should've been a seasonal position and not a continuous one.

What is the best part of working at the company?Working from home was the only benefit. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? At fist they had a very consistant schedule, but then all of a sudden most shifts were cancelled and there were barely any shift.

Not bad for what it is

You get a decent pay for what the work is. Annoying hours but you adjust fast. Good place to work during a transition period. Would probably not go back though

Toxic Workplace

not a great place to work. Management is poor and they will not be honest about pay, schedule or the working conditions. Only take this job if you need the money.

Ok

Very easy workload but have certain months where there is a slow period where shifts are cancelled and you make half of what you make when working full time hours

You are treated like a robot

Management is awful, they get upset and send toxic emails, defnitely do not reccomend anyone to go to this job as you will be expected to be worked like a robot.

not good place at all

Run. If you want an easy quick buck (although shady), this place is perfect for you. However, it is tiring sitting for hours on end and bothering people from across the world for terrible surveys.

Inconsistent hours, poor communication

Hours were inconsistent and there was very poor communication between employees and management. Pay was below average. All in all, not a great place to work.

Na

Some of the staff are nice but some of them need to go back to the phone and dial like us, because they are so unprofessional. You keep dialing the same leads over and over sometimes you can't get a survey because the token is used many times to complete a survey, and sometimes because of that you are hard to get a complete and they tell you that you to log off when their leads are garbage.

Easy job, but not consistent hours

The job is easy, but I don't like how if you don't get a survey done in the first hour of your shift, they will get on your case and tell you to use a different script, which is usually poorly written and too long! Plus, the script doesn't make a difference if most people hang up on you before you're even finished saying it! Hours are not consistent and change with very little or no notice. Very poor communication between departments and with employees. Always seems they are unorganized. If you email them to ask a question, don't count on getting an answer, even if you email more than once!

Sloppy on hours

During the application process they didnt inform us on how we'd only be working the hours expected while election season was happening. For about 3 months after I'd have to wait until the day of to find out if shifts were available and sometimes it'd be minutes before or an hour after the given start time, which would leave me wasting an entire day at home to see if im working or not.The lack of respect for their employee's time is so visible as there would be only 1-2 days worked a week so getting paid above minimum wage wasnt even worth it.On top of that they ensure that you dont get paid if you need a quick bathroom break by making you clock in and out constantly. When systems are down they will make sure you dont get paid for that as well. This company simply has no regard for their employee's lives outside of work and visibly don't care about being upfront and honest about what they're walking into.

Bad Company - Quick Easy Cash if Desperate

Terrible company. Terrible boring under stimulating repetitive work. Management doesn’t help when their software doesn’t work which is incredibly often. Can take time off whenever which is a plus. Difficult to get surveys unless you are very aggressive. If you can be aggressive, have zero regard for who you are calling as a human being and have basic common sense and English skills you will be fine. If not move on. Love working from home.

Great work from home job

A typical day at home working is taking surveys. You have a meeting with your team, they give you your targets and notes, and you work independently, which I like. Management is friendly; they give you a set policy on what to expect. So far, working here for almost a year - management has helped me every single time. They might not reply right away, but eventually, things get settled. I recommend this job if you like working from home and not leave your house to work.

Pros

work from home, good pay

The worst job you can get!

I worked for this company for about six months and it was a huge mistake working for this company. Management does not care about you at all they terminate you as fast as they can hire you! If I could rate this company I would give it zero stars instead of one star. You’re not registered with the Canadian government so eventually you will be paying CRA a lot of money because you’re not paying taxes at all when you work for this company. They do not pay their employees correctly and they cut hours and only give ours to people they like! I would stay clear from this job and this company if I were you. Management doesn’t train people properly if you ask for help no one will help you the system never works!!! The whole job is you constantly getting surveys and if you don’t get surveys they tell you log out in the middle of your shift and you’re not getting paid for the rest of the shift! Management is extremely disrespectful and rude they constantly harass you to get surveys and they don’t care about the quality of the surveys they just want surveys and on top of that they don’t pay you properly they’re paying cheque not direct deposit!

Do not work here

Calling people to complete a 20 min survey about politics or covid-19; Also they will kick you out for the day if you have not completed 3 surveys within 3 hours! Reduce your hours if your not getting surveys completed The management is non-existent if you need help with anything which happens often. Everyone I started with quit within a few weeksPay is mailed to you by cheque or pick it up no direct deposit DO NOT WORK HERE
