Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI received online training and the training staff was extremely helpful. The instructions were clear on what softwares to download and how to download them. Hours were fine but it is work from home where you are required to stare at a screen all day so it can get tiring

terrible job lies about pay
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - 1001 executive center drive - 29 November 2023
this job makes you cold call random individuals asking to partake in surveys and their pay is terrible. they say the payrate is 12$ an hour but that’s IF you reach 35 hours weekly other than that you sre paid 12. they cut shifts frequently and expect you to come in on saturdays to make up and send you home if you get unlucky with surveys. you feed political propaganda to individuals and biases and you’re doing 1 thing all day long. if you need fast money it is decent but this is fundamentally a terrible job.

Insights into KGS Research
Areas for improvement
- Sense of belonging
- Support from manager
- General feeling of work happiness
Toxic
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Canada - 19 November 2023
If you have mental health issues, ADHD etc. this job is not good for you at all. My mental health went from okay to hospital inducing with in weeks of working for them. The management system is horrible for remote work. It is never ever the same manager for you at any given point. They don't want you to message your co-workers. They claim that the job is fair but if you have a day where you don't get a survey within 3 hours they tell you to clock out. This could be as simple as no one is picking up their phones. They don't care about that. They have little care about if the person you have been called is mad and has said repeatedly that they don't want to be contacted. They want to hang up and put them back on the call list.
Pros
Work from home

Be aware unorganized company, no pay, no shifts, no communication
Interviewer (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 7 November 2023
Horrible Management, our group started paid training/orientation about 2 weeks ago for 1 day. We were told we will be getting our schedule for the 2nd and 3rd day of training by the end of the day……..2 weeks later I’m still waiting for this company to email me back regarding the training schedule. I keep telling me to look out for an email with the training schedule. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! VERY UNORGANIZED MANAGEMENT! POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS! I decided to start looking for a new job and have two job interviews this week for $20+/hr. I’m still waiting for my pay for the 1 day of training.
Pros
Didn’t waste money and time traveling to training
Cons
No contact, no update on shifts or pay

The Worst Place I've Ever Worked...Ever.
Customer Service (Former Employee) - Orlando, FL - 31 October 2023
Completely unprofessional staff, training was a joke, dress code was clubwear, they give you 2 days off because the call center is closed on Friday but after training they make you work 6 days straight. Sixty-five percent of the calls are answering machines yet if you don't meet your "Goals" they will cut your pay from $15 to $12. There are absolutely no benefits. The trainers have zero people skills. If you're desperate and just need any job, this is the place to be.
Pros
Extremely high-octane coffee
Cons
No benefits and pay scale changes at will

Pays average and management is friendly.
Phone Interviewer (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 29 October 2023
It was OK overall, but the shifts were inconsistent and it was difficult to reach the goal of the day. It might be good if you need a job quickly with not much experience.

Boring
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 19 October 2023
A boring job is often characterized by its monotonous and repetitive nature, devoid of any meaningful challenges or intellectual stimulation. In such roles, employees often find themselves engaged in a seemingly endless cycle of mundane tasks, each indistinguishable from the last. These jobs lack the excitement and variety that can make work engaging and fulfilling. Instead, they involve performing routine, mind-numbing activities, such as data entry, filing paperwork, or operating machinery with little room for creativity or personal growth. The absence of innovation and problem-solving in such roles can leave employees feeling unfulfilled and uninspired. The clock seems to tick at a glacial pace as they await the end of their shift, and motivation dwindles as they struggle to find a sense of purpose in their work. While some individuals may tolerate boring jobs for a steady income, the lack of mental engagement can ultimately lead to dissatisfaction and burnout. In a world that thrives on innovation and dynamic challenges, a boring job often stands in stark contrast, offering little more than a paycheck in exchange for countless hours of tedium.

Terrible job
Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 16 October 2023
Overall the job is horrible. Inconsistent money, it’s a hassle to contact management, no solid work hours, and will let you know when a shift is available last minute.

Fun and laid back job
Outbound Call Center Agent (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 11 October 2023
The job was very laid back and fun. You do have to complete a certain amount of surveys though or they would ask you to go home. The interview process was very simple.

Awful situation. Low pay for the amount of stress they put us through. Should've been a seasonal position and not a continuous one.
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 28 September 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Working from home was the only benefit. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? At fist they had a very consistant schedule, but then all of a sudden most shifts were cancelled and there were barely any shift.

Not bad for what it is
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 28 September 2023
You get a decent pay for what the work is. Annoying hours but you adjust fast. Good place to work during a transition period. Would probably not go back though

Toxic Workplace
Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 15 September 2023
not a great place to work. Management is poor and they will not be honest about pay, schedule or the working conditions. Only take this job if you need the money.

Fun workplace
Telemarketer (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 13 September 2023
Flexible schedule Good pay Manageable work On a daily basis I was required to make multiple calls as we were assigned to a political campaign. The hours were flexible because it's out of province.

Unproductive
Survey Interviewer (Former Employee) - Scarborough, ON - 13 September 2023
Get yelled at by respondents, hours cut if we dont get enough surveys, rude supervisors, only thing good there was the workers and the gym. They would send you home if you don't get enough surveys.

Fun and Informative
Outbound Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 1 July 2023
This is a fun and informative company. You learn a lot about the people you talk to and find out a lot of information that is not available online or in person. Overall a very good place to work.
