Easy job, but not consistent hours

Call Centre Agent (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 3 February 2023

The job is easy, but I don't like how if you don't get a survey done in the first hour of your shift, they will get on your case and tell you to use a different script, which is usually poorly written and too long! Plus, the script doesn't make a difference if most people hang up on you before you're even finished saying it! Hours are not consistent and change with very little or no notice. Very poor communication between departments and with employees. Always seems they are unorganized. If you email them to ask a question, don't count on getting an answer, even if you email more than once!

not a great place to work. Management is poor and they will not be honest about pay, schedule or the working conditions. Only take this job if you need the money.

Very easy workload but have certain months where there is a slow period where shifts are cancelled and you make half of what you make when working full time hours

Quiet but grindy workplace

Make calls to interview people to gain information about various topics.Quiet workplace, team leads are fine as long as you are getting your work done in a professional and timely manner.
