Good

I received online training and the training staff was extremely helpful. The instructions were clear on what softwares to download and how to download them. Hours were fine but it is work from home where you are required to stare at a screen all day so it can get tiring

Terrible job

Overall the job is horrible. Inconsistent money, it’s a hassle to contact management, no solid work hours, and will let you know when a shift is available last minute.

Awful situation. Low pay for the amount of stress they put us through. Should've been a seasonal position and not a continuous one.
