Not to take the calls personally. Take your emotions out of it. Have empathy, be polite and keep it professional!!!!

The most challenging part of being a market research interviewer, is being able to handle the backlash that you will be receiving on the phones.
The challenging part about working at KGS Research is the construction.
The challenges lies with the surveys and the answering machines. However the supervisors and manager works with you and follow up to ensure you are successful
Sometimes the surveys are long but that is not the company's fault its the nature of the business.
