What advice would you give the CEO of KGS Research about how to improve the company?

  • Contract Contact Centers outside of the country to help in saving on expenses, nothing against those that are present in /Canada, but as you well know, at the end of the day it is all about saving wherever it is possible

  • Stop begging for people to work there and then fire them for leaning back in a chair or talking. You create a terrible work environment and expect people to work there.

  • Fire all your administration and revamp the company. 0 professionalism, this needs a BIG change.

  • Run a trustworthy company and start fixing your mistakes.

  • I would like them to consider that us employees do apply for full time positions with the expectation to work full time hours and when shifts get cancelled often it does affect us negatively, so the hours are unavailable it would be great to know when applying for the position and being hired.
