What advice would you give the CEO of KGS Research about how to improve the company?
Stop begging for people to work there and then fire them for leaning back in a chair or talking. You create a terrible work environment and expect people to work there.
What would you suggest KGS Research management do to prevent others from leaving?
Hiring management who actually care and appreciate the fact that people dedicate there time and energy into making sure there reaching there goals.
Trying to change people’s political opinions for the clients that pay for the campaign. It’s not a research company
The way the treat they treat the employee, hours and pay. No benefit, no tax slip. So you can't even apply to employment insurance when you get layoff, or leave the company.
