An ok Place to work

KGHM is a company with really good benefits, better than most if not all mining companies in the area, but what they lack in is being top management heavy with these huge salaries that get raises every year. thus everyone Under top management salaries stay the same with no increase in salary roughly one 2% increase every 5 years.

I liked working here. Good company and decent benefits. Union isn't very good, but as long as you do your job they aren't needed. I would recommend this company for employment.

Change in government in Poland resulted in mass layoffs that were terribly executed with lack of compassion. $8.0 Billion in approved funding for international projects were cancelled and money invested in Poland.

KGHM is a very friendly and helping company. So many outgoing people that are willing to go above and behind expectation to help others. Also a lot of knowledge to be shared between co-workers in different positions throughout the company.

KGHM was my workplace for a period of 7 years. My career matured very well there and I look at that company fondly.I gained many skills there that I will be able to apply to my future positions.
The union workers are the best, the Managers are all liars.

Managers are all for themselves and has NO respect for the hourly unionized workers. They give you 5 jobs to do at once and then fire you for not doing your regular job. The managers are all school kids that have a lot to learn about life and respect. There is no enjoyable part about working on staff for that company.
