How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Keywords Studios? What are the steps along the way?

1. HR phone call to confirm personal info.
2. Test for a few days(don't remember the date).
3. After passing the test, there will be a second phone call for the job description.
4. Waiting offer for a few weeks.You do a test (there is an essay you have to write), you go through an awkward phone call and if you pass both you'll be put into the next training session in 3-4 months. You won't be paid during this period.
It often takes ridiculously long which is completely unprofessional - personally, after taking the language test, I had to wait for about 5 weeks for a call
I do the tests, I do the interviews and at the end they tell me "the client looks for another type of profile"
