Excellent Place to Work
Masters of Science Online Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Schaumburg, IL4 September 2019
Keypath Education is an excellent place with great culture and higher management. The only downside is that it does not offer job security, which can be stressful.

Owned by venture capital company
Vice President - Managing Director (Former Employee) –  Lenexa, KS19 April 2019
Venture capital company brought in a CEO who didn't understand the business. This put existing clients and valuable employees at risk. The culture was a mess. Unhappy people, underpaid employees, many layoffs.

Think twice before joining this company. Management expects you to know your role within a week of your start date. Management is also very unprofessional.

Don’t do it
Administrative Advisor (Former Employee) –  Schaumburg, IL7 October 2018
Poor leadership, be part of the click and you’ll do great. However if you are actually smart and have your own Ideas beware. Keep them to yourself or they will think your trying to take their job. Not everyone is treated equally. The staff has to have their head up leaderships .....you know what in order to succeed.

Ok pay

No Supportive Management
Accounting Clerk (Current Employee) –  Lenexa, KS10 August 2018
The biggest issue with this company is the management team is the same people. They do not support their teams and then are not consistent. They will not make decisions and HR does nothing with information given to them about how the management team handles issues. It's ridiculous.

Flex Fridays and a week off at Christmas

Good place to work
Enrollment Advisor (Current Employee) –  Schaumburg, IL29 January 2018
Great place to work with managers that truly care about their employees. The advisor position requires patience and going with the flow as you may have curve balls thrown at you from partner schools. It's not anything that you wouldn't be able to handle or get help with from you manager, but it does require patience.

Great Work Environment
Enrollment Advisor (Current Employee) –  Schaumburg, IL8 January 2018
Co-workers are knowledgeable and friendly. Immediate manager was great and supportive. Training is extensive and prepares you for your role. If you live in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago -this is the place for you.
Pros
Beautiful office, great co-workers and CEO

Poor Management
Senior Accounts Payable Associate (Current Employee) –  Lenexa, KS6 December 2017
The company itself, it not a bad place to work. But the management team used bullying tactics to "push and shove" you. The management team did not want you to talk with your colleagues. The employees went to HR and nothing was done.
Pros
Christmas week off

Admissions Representative (Current Employee) –  Schaumburg, IL31 October 2017
My first impression was that there were no grumpy negative yucky people here. Everyone was friendly and accepted me into their little business family. Fast growing company with room to grow skills for newer sales people.

Excellent company at which you can make a difference
Vice President, Global Human Resources (Former Employee) –  Lenexa, KS13 April 2017
Women make up more than the majority of the employees, so there are opportunities for women to advance in their skills, knowledge, career, and contributions. It is a supportive and open culture where employees are motivated to change people's lives through higher education.
Pros
Senior Leadership cares about employees and the culture. Innovative employee engagement activities.
Cons
Higher education institutions are facing financial challenges

Can be a fun place to work, good resume builder.
anonymous (Current Employee) –  Lenexa, KS2 December 2015
Lots of reorg the last few years, vision and mission aren't well known by all employees. Significant client loss has resulted in significant layoffs.

Company appears to be trying to head in too many different directions. The thought is good, but it is too hard to achieve success in all of these directions at one single time. Just focus on a couple areas and see them out. For example, employees were said to be the big focus, but then we don't see a lot happening on that front. They can talk the talk, but can't always walk the walk.

There has been so much change and lots of employees either leaving on their own or getting laid off. The morale is pretty low right now - constant fear of losing your job and not knowing which client might leave next.
Pros
free soda machine, make good friends, most departments are really flexible
Cons
benefits get worse and worse each year, disconnect from front-line employees to upper management; lots of negativity

Manager, Talent Development (Current Employee) –  Lenexa, KS9 November 2015
While the long term strategy of the company is solid, they are experiencing some short term struggles. I work with a great team.
Pros
Great people, flexible and casual work environment, Coke free-style machine, week off at Christmas, flex fridays in summer.
Cons
