A typical day at work consists of either well-paced work or doing tedious tasks to keep yourself busy, depending on the assistant manager. If there's a good one working, the day will be pretty good, plenty of work to do, but they trust that you will get it done properly. However, if there is a bad manager working, it'll be a day of useless meaningless - more... tasks and constant reminders to do so.
