Great place to work BUT be prepared to put in the hours and deal with brown nosers
It's a great place to work if you are passionate about travel. Basic training does not prepare you enough to be an expert. Though there are people there to help, be prepared to learn on your own to get up to snuff. It's a swim or sink situation. Feedback on performance is vague if you are lucky to get any at all. Management can be supportive when they - more... want to be especially when it's in their best interest. The base salary is competitive with the industry but may not be worth it for the toll it takes on work life balance.
There is definitely recognition for great work done and individual cont ... - less
ProsWork from home, Free lunches, reaonable base salary, uncapped commission, recognition
ConsLong hours, commission paid (CAD) does not match sales made (USD)
