The pay isn't great, but good benifits
Detailer/Lot Attendant (Former Employee) – Kelowna, BC – 19 August 2018
The typical day involves cleaning cars and the lot. That is really it.
I have learned how to get every last fluff out of a car and conceal almost any surface scratch, chip, or ding on the car. I even learned some simple mechanic work from some of the Techs.
Management was thorough and organised mostly, however, there were a few hiccups.
The culture was great. There were some people that were hard to work with, but that is normal.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with a situation when everything just goes wrong due to miss communication in the Management of each dept.
The most enjoyable part though was working with a great crew, especially in a slow season.
Get to drive nice cars.
Sometimes work is slow, other times there is just too much to do.
