Worst place to work
associate (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON27 February 2019
When snowfall warning, snow storm warning appears on Weather Network, all of other companies tell the employees to get home safely in hazardous weather condition BUT NOT THIS COMPANY.

This workplace is not for people who really want to develop their careers and make money for their living. If you have a desire to develop your career and you are the one who needs to make money for your living, Please Do Not Apply. If you do have lots of money and just wanna fool around, apply here.

The worst work place that I have ever worked for. Nothing there is anything to say.
Pros
Even if you do not work, no one cares.
Cons
Everything except the mentioned 'pro'

Overall great bank to work for as they have a great work/life balance. Salary's are fair and benefits are great as well. You receive a lot of feedback from managment.

It was too competitive environment, lots of stress
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Burnaby, BC5 May 2016
You have to work at least one year to receive full benefit.
It was too competitive and stressful between coworkers.
They ask me to stay until 8 or 9pm even though I supposed to work until 5:30 pm.
But I learned a lot from work for a short period because of their heavy work load.
Pros
free dinner when you stay up late for work
Cons
long long hours
