Research Executive (Former Employee) –  Delhi23 February 2018
The management is extremely after your life and thinks they have purchased you. Expects you to be available during odd hours late nights and weekends.

Big group
Senior Research Manager (Current Employee) –  Delhi, ON11 September 2017
It is a big group in itself with all major market research companies as part of it. Nothing in specific. The group is doing pretty well as it is a cohort.

Good company, terrible work/life balance
Client Service (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON10 October 2016
Work days are long, even if paid a salary for a 40-hr week people work much more.
Office-level management is OK, they try to advocate for their employees, but in the great scheme of things people are unhappy, overworked and tired of corporate politics; all of the decisions depend on people who have little regard to the well-being of their employees.
Co-workers are great, I couldn't have asked for better people to work with.
Pros
Small office
Cons
Long hours, understaffed

This was not my favorite job but it was a pleasant stay while I was there. My co-workers where great to work with and the management was fair. I would recommend this line of work for students.

Pleasant Place to Work At
Market Researcher (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON28 September 2015
Very positive. The supervisors and employees I worked with were very professional and pleasant. I spent a typical shift actively asking the public for their opinions on products and/or services. The environment happened to be a very positive one. The most difficult aspect of the job may have been in the repetitive nature of the work, however, it didn't bother me much at all.
Pros
Great staff
Cons
could be noisy

Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC4 January 2014
As a telephone interviewer it may get tedious at times but aside from that it is a very laid back job.

boring place and lack of work
call centre (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC2 August 2013
-a typical day at work was calling people for surveys
- I've learned how to make people interested to answer my surveys and learned to have more patient
-the most hard part was when people did want to answer the surveys and they were rude
-the enjoyable part of this job is that i worked with different people each time and supervisors were very helpful

Loved it. Management was very attentive and helped you excel in your work. Independent. Co-workers clearly enjoyed their jobs. Hardest part would be obtaining completed surveys but managable. I enjoyed talking to consumers on the phone.
Pros
People, consumers, management.

A good company in a severely declining industry
Interviewer/Clerk (Current Employee) –  London, ON20 February 2013
This is a company that up until recently provided decent hours with no strict performance quotas while emphasizing the quality of work instead. However, the market research business is in severe decline and the work time for interviewers is likewise declining severely.
Pros
emphasis of quality over quantity
Cons
erratic hours
