Good Part Time

Good income for 2-3 workday but work is clearly dependent on work bookings. Down side is they want weekend availability with no guarantee of work for you.

Unorganized didn’t feel appreciated

The team on the floor was great will really miss the staff however no support on the floor from certain managers expected most days to work alone when the bar is packed asked many times to have two people on till close which resulted more often with having a full lobby bar to serve and guests not being able to get the best service they deserved left the job as a result of this

Challenging experience but learned alot.

During 2021 I worked the Summer as a Royal service agent at the Front Office and with the industry slowly re-opening after the pandemic there were alot of challenges that I dealt with and gained alot of experience. Learned new things

I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I’ve mastered the basics. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handling out additional responsibilities, so I don’t always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role.
