Love Justice
I have loved working for this company. We are all absolutely heartbroken to see it go. We are hopeful for the future of Justice! It will be sadly missed in Canada.

Fun if you like pressuring parents to buy cheap clothes
It's a VERY pressured sales environment, we were told to keep bothering people even after they asked us to leave them alone. Pink and sparkly on the outside but really just a gross culture inside, with a lot of toxicity.

Worst company to work for
The job itself wasnt too bad, the customers made it a good time, and the odd staff were great to work with. But management wasn't great, the hours were unreliable. Schedule 12 hours a week, and often cut to 4 a week by weekend. Minimum wage and no benefits.

Wonderful place
First started as sales and then promoted to a Keyholder Best 3 years working there everyone is nice , hard working and honest. Sadly all stores are closed now.

Would not recommend long term.
Manager often made racist remarks about customers and “joked” about children’s weight. Was expected to preform key holder duties without the salary. Company expects you not to be friends with your coworkers outside of the store. I made complaints to head office about manager but nothing was ever done. Everyone only worked 3 shifts with promises of receiving more but never happened. I’ve worked in two provinces and it was the same at both stores.

If it is an associate interview it is done in groups. Basic questions about what you would do in real life with customers. You have to pick out outfits and describe why you picked those outfits for those occasions. Management interviews talk about UPT, Conversion, employee retention, how you react to certain situations.
