They over hire and hire unqualified people it’s a disgrace to apple .... not much flexibility

If you really enjoy Apple products, you will have all day to learn their features. Jump+ is big on "role-play" for customer service and sales training. For instance, you would "role-play" to try and "sell" a MacBook to your manager.
