Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 6 November 2020
I would not recommend working at Jukebox to my worst enemy. There is absolutely no communication between the management and the different teams, infact I was actually told not to speak to certain people and teams. The management here will belittle you and make you feel small, going to work in the morning can make me feel stressed or anxious just due to the atmosphere at this place and the way you can be treated by management.I saw someone mention Jukebox has sweat shop vibes, I agree with this 100%. They don't really care for their employees.

New York location had two workers so not much of a work experience
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - New York, NY - 5 December 2019
Worked there for over a year and it was fun traveling to Canada but the pay was really bad and the benefits weren't great and everyone was in Canada other than the two workers in NY didn't have a manager in NY. Wish they had a manager in NY rather than the manager traveling back and forth twice a year.
