Waste of time
Only accept this job if you want to be talked to in a condescending way and receive little to no hours, glad I left the company you are better off working for a different company. The owner is all over the place like a squirrel.
Cons
Long hours

Best team of people I have worked with.
The days are quite standard and everyone works as a team. I worked at the Calgary plant and only one day in Leduc. It's a busy place but people generally stay for years because it's a good workplace where you are appreciated.
Pros
Good people. Owner is dedicated. Routine, but not dull.
Cons
It can get very busy.
