Easy going workplace, nice coworkers. Management need adjusting
Independent Contractor (Current Employee) –  Tuscaloosa, AL13 July 2019
A good job to have in college. Choose your own hours, talk to people while working on sales techniques and soft skills, listen to your own music and be outside. Management runs the company to be low cost and sometimes seems like they don't care about their employees.

Good pay, flexible hours, understanding management that we are full time students. Fun, competitive environment among co-workers. Commission salary incentive to work hard.

Sous Chef (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZ18 January 2016
This was a fun place to work. The management had a very casual approach that did not micro manage. My co-workers were some of the hardest working individuals. The hardest part of the job was the sheer number of volume we encountered. The best part of the job was the upbeat music we had to orchestrate the whole night's service.
Pros
Discounted Food to Eat, Upbeat Music
Cons
No Breaks, Constant work
