Highly collaborative workplace with smart people
As a designer, you're expected to work both independently and collaboratively but the work you do will directly influence the product direction. Consequently, a fair amount of product management is done by the designers and individuals will 'own' the work they do. To help people succeed, there is lots of communication between individuals and leadership.
