Don't make employees overworked. Give them proper time to rest as it is a tiring job, working at a very fast-paced environment.
Stop from hiring yes-men or lousy managers.
Try not to panic a lot. Focus on what needs to be done and do it in such a way that you focus on finding solutions than faults.
Since all are systematized nothing to worry for everything just be consistent to implement all sop.
Improve the management, align them with the Canadian standard of employment. Implement work safety.
