I only worked there for a month because of the lack of consideration for my availability. I'm a student and gave them my availability. They told me it was alright and gave me a schedule. However, after a week or so I started getting shifts on days I was not available! I told them I couldn't make shifts because of classes but that didn't matter and still told me to come into work. Toxic Work Culture

Use and abuse toxic work culture. A lot of politics, favoritism, gossip within management and upper mgt. no support from higher ups, they just care about looking good. Bad work culture, if you just come in and out and dont get involve with the drama youll do just fine!
