The culture is unfortunately rather hostile. Most managers have been pushed by CEO for numbers that don't even really make sense for the company. There's a lot of gossip and a lot of managers don't want you to move on so will try to sabotage your progress.

That being said it's not ALL bad. The people who work there are very nice. They tend to be - more ... understanding of doctors appts and if you need a day because your child is sick. They undercut on pay so you have to fight for a higer wage but they'll negotiate. - less
