Retail is tough but overall a good experience
Part-Time Keyholder (Former Employee) –  Burlington, ON13 March 2019
The location I worked at had a good manager but unfortunately, it seemed like the head office didn't correlate with her values making the goals difficult to realize. Was a good place to work at and met a lot of interesting and important people.

Overall a good place to work while currently being a student.
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Burlington, ON21 March 2018
Would spend the majority of the day making sure the store was in order and assisting customers as they came in. It is a fun place to work where you get to engage of all sorts individuals which always keeps things interesting. The worst aspect of the job would be that in an 8 hour work day you only receive a 30 minute lunch with the rest being out on the floor helping out. Also, if the store was busy sometimes there wouldn't even be time to get a full 30 minute lunch break.
Pros
friendly co-workers
Cons
standing for long periods of time

Easy Job. Great product.
Full Time Key Holder (Former Employee) –  Burlington, ON21 July 2017
This is an easy job for anyone willing to give PRIDE to their career. The benefits are great. It as a fun work environment on most days. You are expected to meet your daily/weekly/monthly goals which is not difficult at all with a little effort but then not promoted when positions become available. They talk about moving up from within but then hire from outside instead of promoting quality people from within. Discouraging.

It's an awesome place to work at as long as you can deal with the long hours.
Exceptional customer service required. You have to vibe off of customer but be extremely professional at all times.
No micro managing from the management above plus great discounts on beautiful products.

Assistant Manager (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON29 October 2015
Your personality really does shine through amazing sales, and how much effort you invest in each customer. As long as you and your customer are having a good time that's all really matters to the company.
Unfortunately, no room for advancement.
Pros
Great staff. Great customers.
Cons
No advancement whatsoever.
