Terrible communication
To many managers, out for themselves only, communication is horrible. No supporting staff. Unable to get vacation time. Their are some amazing staff and the residents are sweet

Don't work here, if you don't have too.
Every department is filled with drama between co-workers. On my first day training, my trainer was bad mouthing multiple co-workers to myself. Don't expected even an ounce of compassion from management... I ended up in bad health and was missing work due to appointments and having bad health days. All of which my manager was aware of. I offered to get doctor's note for every day missed due to this...
