Has potential definitely needs to have some of the old dogs retire and bring in fresh blood. Too much politics and favoritism its exhausting. Probably the worst training program a company could ever have.

Overall good place to work

Compensation is excellent big profit in each car you sell mostly. Management supports you. Sales staff can be greedy and there are definitely some bad apples. Overall you are trained properly given lots of opportunities and the dealership is busy and always a chance to sell each day!

Worst car dealership to work for. They scam ppl into buy more products by saying the price is like $15 more then it is so when you go to the business office you think you are getting a deal but you're not

Place is garbage management is garbage, everyone complains about the smallest things, car ports get the most hate from everyone else, no one takes responsibility for their problems… overall terrible place in my opinion

its a great dealership ,but very bad service management .i work hard and i never take my brake,i like my job,i always on time i never delay.my csi was very good,i make good sales target,,but at the end. no apreciate.

Busy, fast paced environment

I have a great rapport with both my staff as well as my customers. The most difficult part transitioning into management is not doing everything yourself and growing your team. I have been successful in growing of our brand new Certified Express Dept and we strive every day to improve. I really enjoy direct involvement with customers and service sales.
