Organization skills – strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills, ability to multi task while speaking with customers
Computer skills – windows, MS Office group of products – proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail and computerized order, invoice and inventory control business systems, data input accuracy, ability to learn software quickly
Able to complete tasks unsupervised in an organized, timely manner.
Multilingual is an asset.
Responsible for providing Customer Service through:
Liaise with customers and sales team
General Sales team support (Answering enquiries from sales team, corporate office and customers, regarding the status of orders and any other inquiries)
Receiving orders from customers and entering into the order system, providing guidance to customers to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders, invoicing, scheduling deliveries and collecting, etc.
Ability to problem solve and think creatively
Scheduling Sales team meetings and keeping meeting notes
Handling all sample request , maintain records for accounting and sales purposes
Handling other administrative duties as required for absences and vacation (Reception /General Administrative) – less
