It all depends on your team

My immediate team and superior were great co workers - learned a lot and met a lot of support. However management is terrible, and more often then not, the bad outweighs the good. They rely on anxiety inducing methods to boost employee performance. Not a lot of flexibility in general, which leads to a poor work/life balance unfortunately. As a mobile tech I drove more that 5500 km a month. Company waiated hours on Teams meeting interfering with work flow. Too many division and poor communications between divisions.
