Horrible management
Mangement here doesnt know how to do their job, they pick on people who arent their favorites and will find the smallest reasons to write you up. They dont really do the job of manager to manage the work place but rather boss you around and tell you what to do everytime.

Poor management
in my account, there's no collaboration at all. do whatever you want managers expect you to be doing other stuff for them which was never shown to you

Good
It is a fast paced environment, with a collaborative company culture. It is a good team environment, and quite enjoyable. The management is quite helpful and will help suceed.

Low rate
High stress environment. Lack of experience on all levels. No value in employees. Multiple employees hired on contract at tech 3 then lowered to tech 2 or 1 for permanent position. low wages that continue to drop even though record profits were made.
