Small Chain, big work load

Currently all locations are in Calgary, it is a typical food service job with front and back of the house employees. Front of House assembles Wraps and Plates as well as large catering orders. Back of house prepares marinated sewers for the chicken and beef Shawarmas with their own secret recipe. Open from 11am to 10 pm. It gets very busy at some locations putting pressure on the staff to not run out of food, and remain friendly.
