Cooperative work environment with lots of room to breathe

My experience at Jerusalem Grill was brief so its a bit difficult to give a thorough explanation of what its like but it wasn't awful. The staff are friendly and hard-working. You never feel like your being overworked as everyone supports one another and the manager makes sure of that. However there were some aspects that were a bit questionable, for example the tipping system. Jerusalem Grill frequently received tips from its customers and the manager and employees are very aware of this. That's not the problem however, what was the problem was that the manager would take all the tips for himself with little to no explanation. I was also very frequently called to come work on my days off with little to no warning, which would show on the managers attitude. So overall I'd say that the staff and place are nice however the manager is a pain to deal with

Great owners, cultured individuals, always guest focused and always make sure the tips are shared fairly, they're easy on their new hires and do their best to train and accommodate you, great food and they let you eat free food too!
Free food, Good and honest owners, always pay fairly and split tips.
