Company does not care about you
The position itself and working with clients is so wonderful and fulfilling. The company is terrible. They will hire you full time and cut you to 5 hours a week and then need you again full time. They don’t care about you

Dead end job. Zero support
Understaffed. Mgmt doesn't care about their staff. No work life balance. Shifts change weekly. The pay periods are weird. HR does nothing to help staff.

This was a terrible experience. They have a very high turn over of employees.
Management has no respect for its employees, you ate made to feel like you are bother when asking for clarification in tasks and when inquiring about constant problem with pay cheques. You are forced to up sale people who can not afford it, and if you don't you are under threat of being fired.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great place to learn new skills but don’t expect it to be your forever job
Very stressful job. At the end of the day it’s about sales and making as much money as possible for very little pay off in return. You work until done and even if you have lots of vacay days they will only let you take so much time off in a row. If you are sick for more than 1 day in a row they will only use 1 sick day at a time so be prepared to not get paid while sick at home or waste your vacay days to lay sick in bed. Work life balance is very off. Higher up positions don’t seem to help those in lower positions as much as they say. The job description is not accurate. There are plenty of tasks that end up being pushed onto you with very little support from the manager.
