It is an OK place to work if you are looking for good money, but able to handle lots of overtime (some mandatory Saturdays), and hard work (production associates are running around all day, it can get hot on the floor). There is a big issue with "cliques", where the "originals" aka people that have worked there for years get preferential treatment from management. If you have a family be ready for shift changes (days/aft) every 2 weeks, and most Saturdays after you return to day shift is a mandatory overtime day. There is also an issue with nepotism here.
If you get a Team Leader with something against you it will become not a very fun place to work, and you'll leave. If you need the money and benefits, give it a try!
