Productive and exciting
Great benefits but if you are on reserve (on call) don’t expect to make any money. When you are flying, wage and per diems are worth it. Go to a base with better seniority.

The union has created an environment where there is little opportunity to Advance. Seniority trumps all. Wages are grossly underpaid due to the CBA being signed for 10 years. They are now hiring people at the same rate as those who have been there 5 years and asking you to train them at the same wage. Your supervisors are invisible. Essentially administrators. The union will not support you unless...

Lots of overtime, high employee turnover, management aloof as to what really goes on, a lot can be improved, but higher ups do not seem to care, good place to learn and move on
