The environment is barrie is hostile and toxic. The older PSW are extremely bad people they are so not support new employees at all. Management is equally as terrible.

Jarlette requires employees to have a Vulnerable Police Background check done for all employees before the employee can start work. The Vulnerable Police Background check is done by your local police branch and the timing of how long it will take is dependent on how busy the police branch is.

New workers are intimated by this so called experienced PSWs
Even new nurses get trouble, they can't delegate.

Management better you work on that. Otherwise this old employees are messing up with jarlet name

Horrible. They only care about filling rooms. Most residents are unhappy with the food. It is for profit with the residents paying far too much money for what they get.
