What is the vacation policy like at iTutorGroup? How many vacation days do you get per year?Asked 16 June 2020
Your schedule is under your control. You can book off vacation time with advanced notice.Answered 2 August 2020
If you were in charge, what would you do to make iTutorGroup a better place to work?Asked 13 January 2019
I would make it easier to contact, collaborate, and work with management and coworkers. I'm not sure how to do this. But it just seems...impersonal, that I've been with them for almost two years, and the only names I know of anyone from the core company is by accident. The schedulers, recruiters and PMIT agents won't tell you their names.
It's hard when you try to get information to do your taxes, apply for credit for anything (rent, mortgage, etc.) to prove your income or who you work for. There's no one to ask.Answered 16 June 2020
Most recommend to give notice of a sick day ahead of time for the courtesy of the company and their clients/ your clients. Failure to notify the company of your absence results in a demerit. A consultant is only allotted a set number of demerits for every month/3 months/6 months period before further restrictions occur.Answered 2 August 2020
When it was in China, they responded by selling tonnes of education hours to imprisoned children and their worried parents, which translated in a lot of work for us. Then when it hit North America they responded by possibly (according to some reports and rumors) over hiring teachers and in some cases, cutting salaries. But apparently the other online companies are doing similar things too. It's possible that the entire industry is suffering a little at the moment.Answered 16 June 2020
Officially, it suppose to be 8 or 9 hours per day (I don't really remember what exact number it is but people at this position usually work for 12 hours with no extra payment)Answered 17 January 2020
