Its been a great experience for me to join this team.
ITS is very competitive and technologically advanced workplace which also invests in their employees.
ITS created very efficient work schedule that included day by day learning curve for improvement of multiple processes.
ITS management always had an open door policy which was very helpful and efficient for the company stuff.
The hardest part was the selection of the new vendor do to the very high level of the parts precision requirements. ITS always been know on the market as a high quality products provider.
The most enjoyable part was on time completion of the customer order.

Struggling company in financial distress
Manufacturing Consultant (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON21 July 2015
This was a small manufacturing company that built high end communication devices. I put a lot of improvements in place, but could not convince the president that his actions were the root cause of the problems with the company

He stressed out the supply chain with late payments and frustrated customers with late deliveries attaining about a 35% OTD while I was there.

He refused to implement a master schedule based on capacity thus found his company in constant cash flow problems.

I eventually gave up and quit after 4 major presentations to improve the company fell on deaf ears.
Pay was great
you can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink
