Island health promotes a healthy work/life balance for staff. Benefits are great through Pacific Blue Cross. The staff are professional and great to work with. Never a dull moment.

Great Place to work

A supportive Health Authority. I have worked for Island Health for 5 years and I continue to receive support for what ever it is I need. There is a lot of work at the hospitals as well.
