Very poor, after clearly violating a union agreement, and being held accountable, they resorted to lateral aggression and hostility. Even going so far as to try and alter other managers opinions of the staff member.
Feedback is delivered by a slap on the hand if your someone they like if they don't like you is disciplinary.
